Featuring a slightly tattered Western Tiger Swallowtail butterfly that I found and brought home, alongside some dried leaves and a rose. Sometimes things just fall together in a little box, inspired by the boxes in natural history collections.
Size: 10 x 10 x 1.5 in
Medium: photo transfers, acrylic, color pencil, ephemera & dried pressed leaves on cradled wood panel
