Watercolor
Early in 2003 Judith began to keep a nature journal: taking Polaroid photos,
writing and sketching. From this journal, a whole new body of work began to
emerge. These images were taken with vintage Polaroid Land cameras and Polaroid
665 film, which produces a negative as well as a positive print. Judith prints
the negatives in a traditional darkroom and paints them with Peerless
watercolors, which have been produced for hand-coloring photographs for over
